We want your artwork to reach you safely, securely and in perfect condition. Below you’ll find information about how our custom and ready-made canvas orders are prepared and delivered.

Custom Canvas Prints

Every custom canvas is created specifically for you.

Once you are happy with your design and have given final approval, your canvas will move into production.

From the point your final design is approved, your custom canvas print will be produced, carefully packaged and delivered within 3–5 working days.

Please note that the design and approval process takes place before this delivery timeframe begins. We will not send your artwork to print until you are happy with the final design.

Ready-Made Designs

Ready-made canvases do not require a design approval stage, so they can move straight into production and preparation for delivery.

Delivery times for ready-made designs will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Packaging

All canvas artwork is carefully packaged to help protect it during transit and ensure it arrives in the best possible condition.

Delivery Updates

Where available, you will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is correct before completing your order.

Delays

While we always aim to meet our stated delivery times, occasional delays can occur due to circumstances outside our control, such as courier delays, severe weather or unusually busy periods.

If there is a significant issue affecting your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.

Damaged Orders

If your canvas arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where possible, please include:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged artwork
• Photographs of the outer packaging
• A brief description of the problem

This will help us investigate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Questions About Your Delivery?

If you have any questions about an existing order or delivery, please visit our Contact Us page and we’ll be happy to help.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, free from damage and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return postage will be at the buyers cost, unless the wrong item was sent or the package arrived damaged (proof required)

To start a return, you can contact us at info@racingprints.co.uk If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. (postage at the buyers cost)

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Keep your canvas away from excessive moisture, heat and prolonged direct sunlight. Dust gently using a clean, dry, soft cloth. Do not use water, cleaning sprays or chemical products.
