SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY AREA

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only. We do not currently offer international delivery.

DELIVERY CHARGE

Delivery costs £9.99 per order. The delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before payment. We do not currently offer free delivery.

ORDER PREPARATION

Ready-made canvas prints will be prepared for dispatch as soon as possible.

Custom and personalised canvas orders require artwork approval before production can begin. We will send you an artwork proof for approval using the contact details provided with your order. Any delay in receiving your approval may delay production and dispatch.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY

Once your order has been dispatched, Express delivery normally takes 3–5 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless we have agreed a specific delivery date with you in writing.

Unless a later date has been agreed, your order will be delivered within 30 days. If we are unable to meet this timeframe, we will contact you and offer a revised delivery date or the option to cancel the order for a refund.

DISPATCH AND TRACKING

You will receive a dispatch confirmation when your order has been sent. Tracking information will be provided where it is available from the delivery service.

DELIVERY ADDRESS

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and correct before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at info@racingprints.co.uk.

We may be unable to change an address once an order has been dispatched. If an order is returned because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, we may ask you to pay the reasonable cost of redelivery.

DELAYS, LOSS OR DAMAGE

Racing Prints remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered to you, or to another person nominated by you.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery period, arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us at info@racingprints.co.uk with your order number. For damaged orders, please also include photographs of the item and its packaging so that we can investigate and resolve the issue.
